capitol christmas tree sendoff celebration
This year, the Capitol Christmas Tree is coming from Colorado. Before it continues its 5,000-mile journey to the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., it will make one stop in Denver, right here in Midtown.

In the spirit of the season, we're collecting coats, nonperishable food and toys for local families in need. So bring what you can and get ready for a very special holiday event with Governor Hickenlooper, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Smokey Bear, ornament decorating, cocoa, and a sneak peek of Midtown's first model home.

unveiling event - a huge hit!
It was a standing-room-only soiree. Over 100 homebuyers showed up to see how Midtown's first generation of homes will look and live, while meeting the builders who are bringing them to life. First impressions were overwhelmingly positive. The floorplans will be up on the website shortly, so check back soon. Also, a big shout out to the Highland Tap and Burger for hosting the event- the food and beverages were delicious.
